All of our high-performance servers are located in Dallas and Texas in the USA at the multi-million dollar high performance data-center.
Q. Who monitors your servers?
Our data center monitors our servers 24 hrs a day 7 days a week, hence we are alerted to any problems within minutes, we have an arrangement with the data center to immediately notify us and begin troubleshooting any problems.
Q. What currency are your rates listed in?
All our prices are in US$ (for USA and International customers) and Indian Rupees (for Indian customers).
Q. What is the billing schedule?
We bill yearly basis only.
Q. What are the payment methods accepted?
We accept US$ payment through PayPal and Indian payments through net banking.
Q. What happens if I exceed my bandwidth or disk space quota?
You will receive an email when you are approaching to utilize your quota. You may upgrade your account to the next level by paying the differencial amount.

No, We do not host any of the above.
Q. Is technical support free?
Technical support is available free to all clients. If you are having a problem with your account we will troubleshoot it for you and if necessary correct the problem. This does not include help with development, fixing script errors or aiding in your website creation in anyway.
